Denver Broncos fans will probably love that their throwback uniforms are coming back.
On Monday, the team unveiled its new jerseys for the 2024 season, which include the classic threads. According to the team website, the uniform is partially inspired by the 1977 season, when Denver made its first Super Bowl appearance. (The Broncos last wore the uniforms in a 2001 Thanksgiving game against the Dallas Cowboys.)

In a video posted to the team's X account, All-Pro cornerback Patrick Surtain II and Hall of Fame linebacker Randy Gradishar showcase the jerseys. They feature a legacy blue helmet with an orange D on the side and orange uniforms with white numbers.
This marks the first time the Broncos have significantly changed their look since the 1997 season, when they won their first Super Bowl.
"It's a refresh that is really, really exciting," Broncos president Damani Leech said, via Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post. "And I absolutely love the throwbacks. I've wanted that since Day 1, and I really love the way it came together."
Per Broncos writer Aric DiLalla, the team can only wear the throwbacks and other alternate uniforms three times next season. However, after seeing positive reactions on social media, perhaps they'll consider making this the full-time look.
On his X account, CBS Sports analyst and former star defensive tackle J.J. Watt praised the throwbacks.
Glorious.
